Access Email Issue

Emails from customer requesting access suddenly having issues. The body of the email to the studio only shows the email wrap codes and not the standard message that a customer is requesting access.

It's from the HTML wrapper added in the last update and plain text emails like test email and gallery access request emails. I will email you a file.
