Deleting Menu Items

I have the menu links showing 3 times on my mobile view and the main view, so at the top it shows;

login create account login create account login create account.

I cant see how to delete these in the menu options.

I don't know why they would be duplicates, but go to Design -> Menu Links and you can edit them and uncheck the active option.
