I have a client who opened her gallery on her iPhone and when she clicks on the download option a box appears that says download now. When she does that nothing happens. It doesn't save anywhere to her phone. Is there a setting or something I'm missing to change or does it not download to mobil devices?

Most likely client iPhone hard drive is full and will not accept the download file, and has nothing to do with your Sytist settings.

I have tested on 3 different iphones and haven't had any problems downloading. Someone else had reported though someone else had problems downloading in a certain browser. Maybe have your customer try another browser on their phone. I have no idea why it wouldn't be downloading.

It seems to be a safari (iPhone and Mac) issue. I've the same problem, but it appears only when downloading photos in safari with watermark or logo, both in safari for Mac and iPhone (X) with lots of free space. When no watermark or logo is applied in Sytist, the download works fine. Maybe this will help in troubleshooting :-)

What happens when you try to download when it is being watermarked?

Does the same thing happen in this gallery?

Hi Tim,

In your example the download works fine...may be server configuration problems?

It must be something to do with the server or configuration, but I have no clue as to what it could be especially if it is specific to a browser. Post or email me a link to a gallery with downloads and password if needed so I can take a look.
