Page Designer Arrow Too Small

The arrows to advance (or go back) to the next photo in the row in page designer is too small and sometimes invisible, depending on the color of the image in the spot where the arrow is located.
Is there a way to adjust the size of the arrows?
Or can you just make them larger?

I'll assume this is for the sideshow.
Sytist admin, Design -> Edit My Theme
Additional CSS in the left menu
Add this code:
.sssnav .the-icons { font-size: 70px; }
You can adjust that 70 value.
