I have read your FAQ on this subject. I called my server and made sure it has set the hard limits correctly. Still no joy. I tried changing back to the flash uploader. No change. I tried ftp and it uploads fine but then the processing stalls and nothing happens. And finally, I am unable to find a sy-config setting in the left menu in settings to see if Sytist needs php memory increased internally. Is the help file out of date?
I am down for the count with a show needing to go online yesterday. My server's script-reading smug indian help desk claims there is nothing wrong. The only stone left unturned is the php memory settings inside Sytist. Need to turn that stone to decide whether or not to fire my server. Where can I find it please?
Thanks.

The link to edit the sy-config file is UNDERNEATH the left menu in the Settings section.
When in the upload window, look at the server configurations link. That will show what it is reading for the memory limit. It will also show the upload max file size and post max size. Those are also PHP settings. If your image file sizes are larger than those 2 values, that can cause a 500 error too.

Thanks so much Tim! No problem with the php and my server techs are unable or unwilling to investigate farther. I guess I will have to go back to exposuremanager sigh. I may change servers and contact you about it. This is absolutely not your fault but I am unable to get it solved by myself. I do not think you should ever add fatcow to your server list.
