Can't Add Forms To A Page

I have created 5-6 forms and am trying to add them to different pages on my site. I'm using the page designer and I've added a row for the form.

The row fills with the default Contact information. I am able to select one form and have it populate the row correctly. On a different page, I select a different form and it remains the default contact form. I can select the one form that worked on another page successfully. But, when I reselect the form I want, it goes back to the default contact form.

Why can I not select the correct form and how do I fix it?

I am having the same issue, I can't add the form, it's not in the pull down when I add a form to a page. I have created the form, but it's not showing up on the list of forms.

I am tangled with forms a bit.   I think I figured it out, but I have one more question 

So there is the pull down FORMS, where you create them,  and then when you add them to a page you have to give the page a name (see attached)

For the look of the page, I don't want text at the top

is there a way to create a landing page without the text?

Change the page display layout for that page and set the Display Layout to "Standard Page - No Page Title To use with Page Designer".
