Is there a way to increase the spacing below the billboard?? On my Blog page, the blog heading is right under the billboard with no spacing... Thanks

You can go to Design -> Edit My Theme.
Click Additional CSS in the left menu and add this code and save
#billboard { margin-bottom: 32px; }
