Is there anyone using the collect and manually process the credit card payment option ? If so can you please explain to me what is the manual process ? I'm trying to reduce the abandoned shopping carts and in Italy 83% of the people pays with CC and 13% with PayPal.Even if I write in the PayPal option that they can pay with a CC without having a PayPal account I just thinking that this might be one of the cause after reading this article :

https://blog.salecycle.com/strategies/infographic-people-abandon-shopping-carts/

and BTW is there the possibility to add a support chat to sytist during the checkout process ?

Thanks Marco

The manual process is where you would key in the credit card number if you have a way to process credit cards (taking half of the card number from an email and the other half from the order).

If you don't have a credit card processor now, you might want to look into the stripe.com option to use for online credit card payments.

There is not an option for a support chat.
