Proofing Emails

For some reason, clients are not receiving emails letting them know their proofing gallery is ready.

In Stats -> Email Logs, does it show they have been sent? If not then most likely you have Automated Emails enabled in Settings -> Automated Emails but don't have a working cron job.

If it does show the emails in Stats -> Email Logs, then perhaps they are going into spam folders.
