I host thru Bluehost and the following paths don't seems to be working.
/usr/bin/php -q /home3/mfarrpho/public_html/sy-admin/sy-cron.php
wget -q --spider http://www.melissafarrphotography.com/sy-admin/sy-cron.php
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You will need to ask bluehost. I was helping someone last week with cron jobs on bluehost, but never heard back from them and never got it working. I tried what bluehost has in their documents with no success.
If you contact bluehost and find out, please let me know so I can add it to the manual.

				From blue host:
I could see that you are looking to access /usr/bin/php which is not possible in shared account which is the reason you get access denied error
Tim: Can you advise? I'm not sure what a shared account is or why this doesn't work.

				Also from Blue:
If you are looking to access /usr/bin/php -q file in current account , this is not possible since it required root access. Since you donot have root access , you get the access denied error. You will need a VPS account to run /usr/bin/php -q /home2/alisonu9/public_html/sytist/sy-admin/sy-cron.php
command
