Change Shipping Group After A Certain Date? Not Working For Me.

We have tried to use this option a few times now when changing from free to paid shipping (after two weeks). The Shipping Group does not change on the dates specified. We always have to manually change Shipping Groups. Possible bug maybe?

That is something that has been resolved with the update out today.
