Calendar - Booking With Options

I have set up a bookings calendar and have added a few options on a dropdown.
When I test it, the options prices are added on, but when I get to checkout it shows the deposit (booking fee) amount but not the option.

When I complete checkout I get 3 emails:
Booking request - which shows the service and the option with prices.
Your purchase (goes to client) - which shows the service and price, but not the option.
New order - which shows the service and price, but not the option.

How do I get the option to show on the order, so that the client knows the full amount they have committed to paying and what they get?

Hope that makes sense

Me too, PLEASE TIM!
I just can't automate booking without the details spelled out in client emails.
Having to do everything in Quick Books with everything spelled out, and invoiced.
