I few of my customers find ordering difficult and confusing. Is this happening to others? I try to do In-Person-Sales as much as possible. But when I can't and followup with my customers they often say it is hard to figure out.
I find their are multiple steps to checking out that makes it more difficult than other sites. For example, you select an image you want. You click on a product you want, example, a metal print and size you want. Then you have to click a 'check' mark to make sure it is that photo you want. When you already selected the option with the photo on the viewing screen. Seems there are too many steps, or did I do something while setting up my collections that could make this easier?

Sometimes I just think folks are lazy.
I have clients email they can't remember the password when there is a 'forgot password' link on the login page.
I previously have emailed that information.SMH!

If they are purchasing something like just a print, it is pretty straight forward. View the photo, select the product and add to cart. Collections can be more complicated of course since there is more going on, but I can see a way to make them any easier.
