I assume you have been able to upload photos fine before? Is there anything different in your workflow or the size of the photos?

Can you possibly be out of space on your hosting account?

Hi Tim, nothing has changed reagrding hosting, i have shrunk teh iamges down to 2Mb as PNG files just in case. I think i may have found the issue:
If teh file upload does not work for whatever reason the software does not like it if the file with the same name is re-uploaded. I have just tried a different photo that has not been uploaded and it has worked as expected.

I am happy for you to look at the databse behind the system if you wish it is as if the (sql) database errors with the duplicate file name if that makes sense?

Hi Tim,

Have found the issue, when you select green screen photos and you try and upload jpegs it does this. Maybe worth scripting so that only PNG files can be uploaded when green screen selected? Not teh software issue but the user this time

You can still upload jpgs even if it is a green screen gallery. I don't know why you are unable to upload. You would need to email me the link to your Sytist admin with the username and password and attach a photo you are unable to upload.
