Coupon Does Not Apply When Paying An Invoice

Testing using a coupon when paying from an invoice.
There is no place to enter the coupon code.
I have the Settings > Checkout and Payment set correctly.
What am I doing wrong?

Invoices don't accept coupons.
Settings > Checkout and Payment is when someone is checking out and placing an order .... not paying an invoice.

If this option could be added to a future update that would be great.
I offer a payment discount to commercial clients for prompt payment for invoiced professional services.
Having a coupon apply to invoices would be most helpful.
