Is it possible to tie an IP address to an email when I have a gallery set to ask for an email to view. This would be helpful to know who is viewing and have a way to contact them instead of just being tagged as just new. It would also be helpful to have a way to verify emails that are entered when some one signs in to view a gallery.
once they are verified from that ip they would always have clear entry.

There is not a way to tie an IP address to an email address. If people have entered in their email address to view a gallery, you can view those in the People tab of the gallery. it will also show it with their shopping cart in the admin if they have added anything to their cart.
