We are doing school photographs which yield about 500 orders, which parents choose 2~3 shot (out of 10 photos).
Tey can choose different PRINTS packages.
What is the easiest way to export from Sytist into a structured files and folders grouped by Product types?
This way I can easily upload to the Print Lab each orders segregated with separate sub-folders for each different product types and chosen photos.
Otherwise any suggestion how best to bulk process order prints?
Thanks.

That only export spreadsheet with filename; Is there a simple way to retrieve the actual files from Sytist ?
Separate issue about this export file :
when opened in Excel, the default character coding result in corrupted accentuated characters;
i.e. Véronique is showing as Véronique
Also filenames that have "comma" causing misleading to the field delimiter.
Any suggestion also for that second issue?

When you view an order in the admin, click the Manage Photos tab. There is an option to copy the original files of the photos on the order into a folder and it also creates a zip file. You might be able to use that.
For the export, never expected commas in file names so the field isn't enclosed in quotes. I will look into that and the charset.
