Is there a way to remind customers who have put things in their baskets that they havent completed their sale. Maybe a couple of days later?
I get quite a few that put them in a basket then never buy.

this would be a great feature to have and i asked others about it earlier.
Linking to early bird dates would be a bonus

The only way to do it right now is to go to Stats -> Shopping Carts. And if they have an account, there will be an email icon to send them an email. You could create a new default email to select for sending those emails.
