Adding Menu Folders And Dropdown Pages

I am re creating my website and I am new to Sytist! Currently on the 2 week trial.
Currently I am trying to create the homepage and adjusting the home menu. I can't seem to add a drop down tab and then include the actual pages in the drop down menu. I've tried using the manual but I can't seem to find the section that expands on this
