"sorry, There Has Been An Error. Please Refresh The Page." When Downloading
Hi!
I have a client with their account set for Free Downloads on a particular gallery. They said they're getting an error when trying to download, so I logged into their account to test, and yep, I'm getting the same error.
I refreshed multiple times, but still got the same error each time.

That will happen when it is a passcode photos gallery and there is no passcode session. Email the email address of the customer having issues and the passcode and gallery.
