Prepay Order Deleted
A customer prepaid and accidentally deleted the $0 order that was created in her cart so she can select the images. What would be the best solution to allow her to add those images or order again? The prepaid order was discounted but once the gallery was open, the discount changed.
You would have to create a print credit for them.
There isn't an option for them to delete their pre-paid products.

oh really? Then I’m not sure as to why there isn’t an order in her cart. She did purchased a prepaid though. I just assumed she somehow deleted the cart. I’ll create a credit to match her order with the current price guide. Thanks.
