Password Request Form/page. Can I Edit It?
HI,
I want to be able to edit/add text to the form/page customers see when requesting the password to view a gallery but this seems to be the only form/page that isn't editable?
I'd really like to add a specific question to the third field titled "Message" and to also request users only click the "Send Request" button once. Sytist take a few seconds to acknowledge it's been pressed before displaying the confirmation text and users click this button multiple times as the button doesn't change colour to indicate the request has been successfully triggered.
Ideally the button would be greyed out once pressed and then they'd wait to see the next page telling them their request was received. This would mean I wouldn't get so many requests, all of which are replied to automatically which makes me look a little amateurish.
Hopefully this is possible and I've missed something but if not perhaps it could be added in the next update?
Many thanks,
Brian.
I've made a note of this and to disable the submit button when submitted.
