Opening 3:1 Ratio Images

Hi Tim, I have a gallery of stock images with a good number of those images are 3:1 ratio. Width/height.
From the customer view, moving the cursor over the thumbnail of a 3:1 ratio image causes the black area/shopping cart and heart icon to appear. Then clicking on the thumbnail there's no action, no change. The full size image does not open to view.
Images with 5:4, 6:4 ratios etc show more area above the black and open without issue. When those thumbs are clicked, the full size opens.
In the PM message I sent, the gallery was specified. Let me know what else I can tell you to get these images viewable. Thank you.

Thanks, Trailboy. Deselecting one of the two did the trick.
