Hey Tim,
When I am using the watch folder option, it will process most images and then stop processing and not process the rest of the photos in the sy-upload-{Gallery Folder}. The developer console gives me the following errors:

Most likely an issue with the photo it stops processing on (size, corrupt, etc..). Delete the one that it is stuck on and see if it continues.
