Frame Sizes Vs Print Size

I have frames 3 frame sizes that are 11x14 and have a 7x10, 8x10, and 8x8 print in them. However, when viewed in the wall designer they all appear as 11x14, 11x14, 11x14. This could be confusing for a client to figure out what 11x14 they should use to display their image in to get the best crop. Is there something I can do to solve this??

If it is a 11x14 frame then that is the size. The photos have to adust to the frames.
