Notes Not Attaching To Orders

Hi, the notes of people telling me what all to change in their pictures are not being attached to the order like they always have. I think it's an easy order so I do it right away and then end up having to do it again. :( 

Any idea how to fix this?

They probably aren't clicking save note. 

The last update I added a message "Please click the update note button below to save your note." and change the icon to a Save Note button since people were complaining customers weren't saving the notes. 

There is nothing to fix.
