Site Designer Formatting Issue

I am running into this issue in Site Designer. Using text blocks, my text spacing and weight is all over the place, even when I am selecting the same font options.
This is all apparently Arial, 16 font, not bold, yet each highlighted area looks different.

When I went back to it after dinner, it seemed to have fixed itself. The first text block had corrected itself, and the second one finally held the changes when I edited the text colour.
I'm not sure what's going on.
