in the shipping section section during checkout I want to add a fee for "Order Packaging" and I want to make shipping free. I know how to make shipping free, but how do I also add said Packaging fee? Also, the big "SHIPPING" word on that page. How can I change that to "Shipping/Delivery"?

There isn't currently a way to do that other than using shipping.
