Update Not Showing

Happy Thanksgiving!

I just purchased the upgrade as it's been over a year since it's been updated. I've been having small issues so I figured it was time to update. Ironically I can't apply the update.

I click refresh and nothing happens. Tried clearing my cookies, different browser, safe mode, etc, nothing.

At your convenience if you could look into this that would be very much appreciated. You still have admin access as well.

Update is showing now, but now I'm getting an error.

MYSQL ERROR: Table 'seanscarmack.ms_language_2' doesn't exist

Query: SELECT * FROM ms_language_2

Database looks fine, I was able to locate that line...

Another update. Something very strange is happening. Everything is like "delayed". The update now went through but then told me to "edit my theme and save", I followed the steps and went through the process but the message is still there.

I went to delete some sub galleries, it said deleted, but they're still there.

Completely unrelated to the Sytist upgrade.

You or your host has added some sort of cache service which is caching the pages which is not good. Something like cloudflare, varnish, etc....

If you didn't add it you need to get with your host and have it removed. It makes it where you can't see changes (like closing / opening the store), people will see other shopping carts, etc....

I figured as much it wasn't sytist related just didn't even know where to begin to look. GoDaddy was claiming Malware and all this crap so I needed a little guidance. Thank you as always!

They're useless...45 minutes on the phone and they basically said I needed to pay for premium support as it's above their level of access....

Googled it and found this setting in their firewall options. Disabled it and so far it seems to be working. Not sure if that's correct or not, but it seems to be working now so I'm going to leave it unless you see another option that would be better.

Godaddy is useless.

Looks like that is your best option.
