Page Search Frequently Not Working

We have noticed the page search function is frequently not working. This has been multiple users on different devices and different connections over the last 3 weeks or so. 

How exactly is it not working? Doesn't pull up? Not getting a result you expect? Can you give me an exact example?

It's kind of like it's not loading results. It just won't give us anything from a basic search we know should return at least 3 or 4 results. 

I thought it was slow connection to start with, but it's been happening even when we have good speeds, and for different users on different connections. 

It's not all the time, but it's frequently (more often than not). It seems like a loading issue to me, but that's just vibes.
