Same Filename Between Order Export Csv And Actual File Names

Is there a way to get the downloaded file names to match the Order export csv or vise versa? This is a green screen style school picture gallery. The downloaded file names are jpg.

Sorry, there is not a way to have them match. It has to be converted to a JPG and it appends a value from the background image in case someone has a photo with more than one background.
