Two Scenarios - Emails Not Being Pushed Out To Email Addresses

Hi Tim, we’ve been experiencing two issues where the emails from sytist - with a link to the QR code and invitation to view the gallery - is not working as we assumed they would. Perhaps there is an issue with how we have our settings? Here are are the issues we are experiencing:
1. When there are two emails listed for a QR code, the email is only going to the first email address listed, and no email is going to the second email address. I go to "email logs" to confirm this.
2. When a family has two siblings in the same gallery (and they have two different QR codes), only one of the two QR codes is being sent to the family.. The families always email us to say they are missing the QR/link for the second child.
Please let me know what I can change in our settings to address this. Thank you very much!

Odd, both of those work fine for me.
Please email me exact cases where this happened (gallery names, customer names, etc... )
