A Thought About The Photo Search Options

Hello Tim,

I had a question: is there any plan to implement an advanced and powerful search engine that would allow us to find photos like on other platforms?

The idea would be to search through descriptions, tags, EXIF data, or any other information linked to the photos — by date, by theme, etc. — using a unified search engine that covers all these criteria.

Sytist does search that data when searching photos in a gallery.

There is no site wide search if that is what you are wanting.

Yes, I am searching across the entire site, as can be done on other photo sites such as image distributors, in order to also search in the EXIF and other IPTC data and in the descriptions tagged in the images.

Create a Stock section for that.

OK, but I also want to be able to find information in the description. Is this only for keywords and based on the photos in my current galleries

Okay, perfect, that would be great in a future version, thank you. But is it possible to switch my galleries to the Stock Art Section in the meantime?
