Credit Card Processing Rates??

I have not kept up with my Credit card processor rates in a while. I have been using TSYS /CYAN / Global Payments.
I just calculated my rates for the last few months and they are charging me over 15% after all the fees they are now adding on!

Who else is there out there to use with Sytist that have rates around 3-4% or less.

I was thinking thinking I was getting charged around 4%. They stopped mailing me statements(did them online only) and I just never checked.

I pay stripe 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for credit cards. I also have a square terminal that charges similar rate for credit cards, but just $0.10/transaction for debit cards.

I'm about to change my business model and pass along the fees to encourage using "better" forms of payment.

We use square at 1.4% + £0.25, with PayPal as a fall back. Never needed to though, square has been fine for us.

Rates differ in different countries.

PayPal, Square & Stripe are all going to be cheaper.

Can you share how you will be implementing this? I was hoping to do the same, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to automatically charge service fees for certain payment types.

Feel free to drop me an email, as you are in Canada you will have the same options as I do.
