Orders Not Coming Through But Payment Is

I have had two clients pay for orders this morning successfully, but the orders stay in the shopping cart and don't come through. No record of the order and no email confirming the order.

I get an email saying a payment has been made, but no orders are shown in my backend or in my clients' accounts. I thought the first one paid me directly, so I created an order for hers, but now it just happened with a second one. 

Everything was working fine yesterday and I haven't made any changes. 

I just got an email from my second client: "Hey! I ordered 10 extra images.  The checkout wasnt working and I did it like 5 times.   I never got a confirmation and everything is still sitting in my cart, however the $214 did come out of my paypal account. Just making sure everything is all good."

Check the logs for your PayPal payments that did not create an order and send me the information. Here are the instructions. 

Also if you can, email me your HOSTING control panel link and log in information so I can check the raw logs. 

Thank you. I will look into these, but I just had a client say her checkout process stalled when payment wasn't needed (she's redeeming a print credit). I'm attaching the screenshot she emailed me.
