Favorites Folder And Past Images

I'm not sure this is happening to everyone but it has happened to me several time and I have orders that shows it. Whenever a customer has pictures in their favorites folder from past school sessions and they add more images from the current session, the new images do not have the current background selections . The customer are given the background selections from the previous session only. I have orders from several current sessions that are set for Fall backgrounds, but the customer can only see Spring backgrounds. I tell them to delete all images from their favorites and start over with adding current images which resolves the issue. However doing so, they now want the backgrounds switched out on their current order.
