"browse Folders" Button Is Appearing In Gallery

I have a gallery that (as far as I know) has the exact same settings as a previously created gallery, but there is a "Browse folders" button appearing at the bottom of the page that I don't want, but I can't figure out where to disable it either.

In Settings -> Photo Settings under Photo Display there are 2 options for that.
- Enable the Browse Folder button to navigate sub galleries when there is only 1 level of sub galleries.
- Enable the Browse Folder button to navigate sub galleries when there are multiple levels of sub galleries.
