Larger Zip Files Not Processing

Hi Tim,
We are running into an issue that we haven't had in the past, when a client is bulk downloading an order that contains a large number of high resolution download photos (eg a recent one was nearly 10GB) it won't progress past the zip processing stage - the bar to generate the zip completes but then the client gets the spinning processing wheel for eternity. We have tried on our end too with the same result. Any ideas?

Most likely the server is timing out. That is really large and will take a while for the server to zip the folders and PHP default timeout is 5 minutes.
You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.
3) The name of the gallery in question.
