Package Removal
Just wondering if anyone was aware or if there is something I am missing. We have packages set that you must purchase a package before any add on prints. They are locked until the package is added to the cart. However, a sneaky client added the package, added the add-ons after they unlocked and then deleted the package from the cart and only purchased the add-on images.
Is there a way to prevent this?
I don't know how it could happen because it is set up if someone deletes the package for the add-ons, it will delete the add-ons as well. If it is a required product group, it will delete other products added to cart if the require product is removed.
- 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
- 2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.
- 3) The order number this happened on.

I'll send that information when I get a chance to add an admin account. Would it have something to do with the fact these are pre-order galleries? I specifially had a different client call because she had already ordered and wanted more and couldn't get to the add-ons without adding a new package. So I know it is set correctly to have them locked. I
