Passcodes No Longer Working After Updating
Hi Tim,
I have been successfully passcoding photos by putting each student's student id number in the "title" field in Lightroom and uploading. I just updated Sytist to 5.5.0 from 5.1.1 and now all of my passcodes are no longer working. I see the number in the passcode field in each picture, however now when doing a search I end up with "Photo Not Found". I see in the documentation that a .csv is now needed? Is this the case or can I somehow continue to put my passcodes in the title without the need for creating a .csv file?

Is your gallery set to draft?
Try setting it to publish and then try again.

Follow-up update. See 5.4 below for major changes.
Attention: Passcode photos galleries MUST be set to PUBLISH now in order for the passcodes to be found. If the gallery is set to draft, it won't find the photos. It was already like this with scanning QR codes. It now applies to all passcodes entered into the find my photos form. LEARN MORE.
