Product Export Not Working

Hi All,

The Product Export feature isn't working; I consistently receive a 500 Internal Server Error.

I need this feature to pay my photographers based on sales.
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Maybe you are trying to export more than the server can handle in a request. 

Are you have to select and export 5 orders?

Nothing would have changed in Sytist to cause a change like that.

Something probably changed on the server. When you export it creates a URL with the order numbers in it like: 

https://sytist.net/sy-admin/export-order-items.php?orderNum=|10761|10760|10759|10758|10757|10756|10755|10754|10753|10752|10751|10750|10749|10748|10747|

Check with your host and see if they can see any errors in the logs relates to that. Perhaps that URL is too long now.

And I just exported 100 orders on another site.
