Purchase A Product Before Others Are Available

Is it possible to set up items that first require a purchase before other options are available? For instance,  We offer a line that allows clients to purchase digital file packages - and once purchased they then can buy prints - but only prints of the files they have purchased.  There does not seem to be a option for that

I've tried collections but they can buy products outside of the digital collection I set up from other group tabs.  I tried buying from a group first but they can still purchase prints from non purchased files from other groups.  There does not seem to be a way to limit clients ability to individual images
