Some of the things in the upgrade include:

• Added the option to add a second contact name, email and phone to pre-registrations and QR passcodes. The option to enable it in the Data Fields section of the galleries. 
• Added collection add-ons to pre-orders using the pre-register + pre-order. (doesn't work with legacy pre-order)
• Added collection add-ons to buy alls. 
• Added an expiration date & time for pre-registrations that will cut off pre-registration at that date and time. 
• Added if a pre-registration + pre-order is in a cart and pre-registration has been turned off to remove that from the customer's cart if they go to checkout.
• Added to Viewing & Sorting Orders Per Gallery the ability to sort orders by the data fields with Pre-Registrations + Pre-Orders & QR Passcodes. Example, you can now just show orders  that have teacher Smith or grade 10. 
• Added a message when adding a note to an image in the cart to to click the update note button below and changed the save from a link to a button.  
• Added when sorting QR passcodes & pre-registrations in admin by leader or custom fields, a secondary sort by subject last name / first name ASC. 
• Added to automatically discard duplicate files when using the watch folder option.  
• Added to unset saved session values from pre-registrations once the registration has been submitted or checked out for the scenario where multiple people are preregistering on the same device. 
• Added pre-registration data in admin order view with the products purchased.
• Added QR data and Pre-Registration data to print orders / packing slips. 
• Added the for print orders / packing slips: Hide Prices, Swap Billing & Shipping Addresses, Hide Thumbnails, Hide Gallery Name, Hide Additional Checkout Fields, Hide QR / Pre-Registration Data & a Print button. Option when viewing a print order / packing slip and the options you choose will be remembered.  
• Added when clicking to view photos from the QR Passcode section in the admin and the photos are in sub galleries being able to view those photos instead of a list of sub galleries. 
• Added an option when in a passcode photos or QR passcode gallery whether to only search for passcodes within that gallery or all active galleries. Option in Settings -> Photo Settings.  
• Added the gallery name(s) the photos are from on orders on the Orders list under the date. 
• Added when searching coupons to search the name as well as the code 
• Added search to print credits. 
• Added in gallery stats and sales where it lists the products purchased, to show "photo selection" for collection items that are selections only.

How to update:
The first time each day you log into the admin it will check for the update and if one is available you will have a notice in blue on your Sytist admin homepage

If you have already logged into your admin today, then you won't get the notice until tomorrow. Or you can click Settings in the main menu then UNDERNEATH the left menu click check for update.
