Pre-registration Fields Aren't Making It Through To The Order Confirmation

I am using the pre-registration and pre-order options for a school this season, and am now setting up a football club with pre-registration only.

I have a section that asks them to select the class or team for each student/player but that information isn't coming through in the orders. 

The gallery is creating QR codes as people sign up. I can go to the QR code section to see the class/team, but I can't see which package they ordered from that table. Or I can go into their order to view the package and then click on view registration to get directed to the QR page for the class info.

Can someone help with what I might be missing here? I'd like to have a single page that has student/class/package or player/team all in one page. I feel like this should be in the order details and maybe I have missed something in setting this up.
Alternately, if I can get the QR code page set up to show their purchased package that would be great too, I just don't want to have to click all over the place to find the various info that I need when cross-referencing with class lists. 

In the next update coming out later this week or next week it will show the collected data on the orders with the products.
