Collections Not Allowing Image Selection

Customer adds a collection to the cart but the image selection "bar" is not coming up at the bottom of the screen. They have to click around on images and it will eventually pop up either when they try add something else, or going to their favorites.
I was able to log in as them and recreate the issue. This seems to be a new thing so maybe something in the last version?

It works fine everywhere else.
