How Do I Turn On The Download Button For The Client (buy All Digital)

I am struggling with our sports price list. The 'Buy All Digitals' option is not displaying the Download button after purchase. I'm sure that it's something simple that I have missed or mis-configured but I am not seeing it. Examples below.... Any thoughts?

Maybe it isn't actually a download product. You can email me the following for me to look into it:
1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.
3) The order number where the download isn't showing.
