Buy Alls Page Showing Blank

When I tried to create a buy all or even open the sample in the Buy all sections I get a blank screen.

When I look at the sample on the demo page I can see everything.  Any idea of why?  Do I need to change something on the back end. of my server?

I don't know what the issue would be.

You can email me the following for me to look into it:

  • 1) The link / URL to your Sytist admin (where you log into your Sytist admin).
  • 2) Create me an admin account by clicking Admins in the main menu, or send me your admin username and password.
  • 3) FTP username and password.

The problem is it is missing the file to edit a buyall. /public_html/sy-admin/store/photoprods/pp.buyall.php

But when I upload that file and refresh, it is gone again.

So I guess something is running on the server that is removing that file for whatever reason. Perhaps it thinks something in that file is malware.

Emailed you additional information.

Thank you for your help.  It was indeed flagged by the service as malware.  That has been fixed

Hi Tim,

I am having the same problem above again but this time it is on Collections.  I haven't made that login I created for you inactive.  Could you check our files and let me know if I need to get on my web server support to quit deleting my files?

I also need to know which file is missing.

Thanks,

Suzanne

You have 2 files missing and as before it automatically deletes them when I upload them.

I have emailed you those files you will need to get your host to upload.
