Clients Can't Retrive Downloads...

Woke up after an event last night to several clients text saying that they can't retrieve their downloads that the site just spins. I have a ticket in with my server, KnownHost as well as Im not sure this is a hosting issue or Sytist bug. I did try to login as these clients and retrieve them and I have the same issue. If I do the zip file, it just stays stuck on 'preparing downloads' and then the screen goes blank if I try to do them individually. 

Since I still have access to your FTP I took a look.

The problem is your 8 x 10 + Free Instant Download product you have the free download to add a logo, the default logo file. But you must have delete it from Settings -> Watermarking because there is no logo file selected there. 

Either remove the logo option or upload a logo file and select it to be the default.
