Is there away for the cart to go to a standard "Thank You Page" so I can use the url to monitor the conversions.

No, but there is a file you can add that code to that is called when an order is place.

You will have to edit this through the file manager in your hosting control panel.

sy-inc/store/store_conversions.php

But you will also have to readd that code after each upgrade.
