Changes To Theme Not Showing Up In Client Galleries

After making a design update to my theme, I see the changes on my top level pages
https://resolusean.com/sytist/portraits/
but not on my client galleries
https://resolusean.com/sytist/client-galleries/arm...

Please advise

You probably have a different theme selected for your client galleries section. Edit the section and if a theme is selected, change it to default.
